- Are you a Member of Your Major Trade Association(s)? What is it / are they? National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) & National Pavement Contractors Association (NPCA)
- Do you have a permanent place of business? Can we reach you during business hours? Yes
- Are you a member of the BBB and the Certified Contractors NetWork? Yes / Yes
- Is your record with the Better Business Bureau free of any unresolved complaints? Yes
- How many years have you been in business? 50+7. Do you have Workman’s Compensation Insurance? Can I see proof of coverage? $500,000 / Yes
- Do you have Liability Insurance? Can I see proof of coverage? Yes
- How much Liability Insurance Coverage do you carry? $2 Million
- Will you provide Third-Party Documentation that these coverages are in effect at the time the work is being performed? Yes
- Are you able to handle drainage & other excavation problems? Yes
- Do you have the right equipment to identify and remediate sub grade problems? Yes
- Will my asphalt be installed at the recommended temperature for installation day? Yes
